The largest motorcycle manufacturer ‘Honda’ is now attracting the motorcycles lovers with their new bike ‘Honda CB Twister’. It is launched by Honda Motorcycle’ & ‘Scooter India Pvt. Ltd’ in the Indian market. It is their first bike in the entry level motorcycle segment. It looks very attractive in terms of looks and styling. This bike boasts of several features including six spoke mag alloys, front disc brake, stylish exhaust design, split grab rails, open chain and high quality paint. It’s 110cc engine generates maximum power of 9 Bhp at 8000 rpm with maximum torque of 9 Nm @ 6000 rpm. In addition, it offers fuel efficiency of 70 kmpl and it meets Bharat Stage III norms. The screenless layered front cowl, eye-catching headlight, floating side cowl, muscular fuel tank, sharp rear with short tail, multi reflector tail lamp, short muffler and half chain case gives a classic looks to this bike. The CB Twister is available in three variants including Kick Drum Alloy, Self Drum Alloy and Self Disc Alloy. It will be available in five colours such as Pearl Amber Yellow, Candy Sonic Green, Pearl Nightstar BlackTh, Pearl Siena Red and Pearl Fuji Blue. The price of this amazing bike is Rs 42000 and the deliveries of the CB Twister will start in February 2010.

The class time is spent watching safety videos, reading the course book, and discussing the information covered in open discussion. The first topic covered is basic safety and strategies for riding a motorcycle.
“People who don’t ride or don’t know people that ride often don’t see riders,” riding coach. “You may think they’ve made eye contact, but they may not see you because they aren’t looking for you. The goal of the class is to teach you strategies for avoiding accidents.”
The second section of the course covers safety gear that should be worn while riding a motorcycle, from the correct gloves to how to purchase the proper helmet.

Despite sharing similar names and the same basic powerplant, there’s quite a bit of distinction between Yamaha’s FZ6R and its still-available naked predecessor, the FZ6 — most obvious among them the full fairing that does a pretty convincing job of replicating the look of a real repli-racer. That’s an important part of the puzzle that we think is likely to tilt the purchasing decision balance in its favor here in the States.While both bikes use a 16-valve 600cc inline-four-cylinder engine with 12.2:1 compression, dual overhead cams and Mikuni electronic fuel injection, the power band of the newer FZ6R has been lowered and total output has been tamed via a less aggressive camshaft profile and smaller throttle valves. Further, the clutch mechanism has been altered to allow for an easier pull and more forgiving actuation.
In order to keep the initial purchase price low, Yamaha employs high-tensile steel in lieu of aluminum for the FZ6R’s frame. A 41mm conventional fork supplied by SOQI is held at a mild 26-degree angle, which provides a generous 103.5mm of trail. Out back, a SOQI shock is actuated by a linkage that provides a fork-matching 5.1 inches of travel and is adjustable for preload in seven steps. Braking duties are handled by a 2-piston sliding caliper clamping down on a 298mm disc up front and a single-piston caliper out back.
